Courtney Paresa, PT, DPT, MHA

Courtney, a local of Prineville, completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Masters of Healthcare Administration in 2014. She brings a dynamic background to our team, with experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, neuro, chronic pain and pediatrics. Her passion to meet the growing needs of our community has led her to receive specialized training to treat female pelvic floor dysfunction. She finds the greatest fulfillment in improving the quality of life of patients and their families.

As a resident of our community, Courtney enjoys adventuring and participating in events around town with her husband, dogs and family. She volunteers with various organizations to increase community engagement and student readiness.

Jackie Miller, OTR/L

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Jackie received her Masters of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in California. Since graduating in 2011, Jackie worked as a travel therapist gaining experience from various backgrounds and rehab settings including acute care, SNF and in-patient rehab. Jackie is passionate about assisting the aging population and working towards maintaining their highest level of independence and increasing their quality of life. Due to increasing needs in Prineville, Jackie has been gaining experience to work with children who have sensory integration dysfunction, visual perception and fine motor deficits.

In her spare time, Jackie loves to travel. She has backpacked around 25 countries across the world. When she is not traveling, Jackie enjoys hiking, camping and snowshoeing with her fiancé.

Joe Sebulsky, OT

Joe graduated from the University of Alberta school of Rehabilitation Medicine as an Occupational Therapist in 1996. He has been Board Certified as a Hand Therapist specializing in hand, wrist, and elbow conditions since 2005. He spends half of his caseload as an acute care therapist at all four St. Charles campuses. He is working as an outpatient hand therapist for both Redmond and Prineville clinics.

Joe is an active athlete playing hockey, cross country ski racing, and mountain biking when not spending time with his wife and girls.

Heidi Cozier, PT

Heidi has been a practicing physical therapist for over 20 years. She has professional degrees in physical therapy, social work and adult education and program development. Heidi has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings including outpatient, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, long term care and home health. Heidi has worked at the Veteran's Administration and served as Amputee Point of Contact. She has volunteered in Haiti twice providing physical therapy services on a critical care unit and in an outpatient setting. She believes in team work and providing the best possible care, promoting health and wellness within the community. Her passion is working with geriatrics and underserved populations. Areas of special interest include neurologic disorders and orthopedics.

Shelle Johnson, PTA

Shelle has been a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) for 30 years. She has worked for St. Charles Health System for 29 years, during which she has worked in all areas of rehabilitation provided by St. Charles. These include Acute, Home Health, Inpatient Rehab and Outpatient services. She has an AA degree that allows her to treat and progress patients that the Physical Therapist has initially evaluated. She enjoys working with all patient caseloads from pediatrics to geriatrics. She strives to look at each person as an individual and to help them reach their optimum potential.
