We offer a range of rehab services to help patients recover from and/or manage several illnesses or injuries.

Outpatient Rehabilitation

  • Head injuries
  • Low vision
  • Memory deficits
  • Neurological disorders including:
    • Multiple Sclerosis

    • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
    • Multiple System Atrophy
    • Dystonia
    • Progressive Cerebellar Degeneration
  • Osteoporosis
  • Spinal cord injuries

We offer specialized rehabilitation services for both pediatric and geriatric patients.

We have experienced rehab staff certified in a range of disciplines

Our licensed staff include physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists. Many of our providers have discipline-specific certifications including Geriatric and Neurologic certifications, Assistive Technology certifications, Lee Silverman Voice Technique certification, Vital Stim and Hanen Certification.

We also have a rehabilitation physiatrist (a physician trained in rehabilitation medicine) who serves pediatric and adult patients. A rehab psychologist and social worker are available at our Bend campus to complement your care and guide and monitor your progress.
