Mini-Grants for Caregivers

Apply for up to $5,000 to fund a St. Charles caregiver-initiated project in your department.

Caregivers at St. Charles Redmond can apply now for mini-grants through St. Charles Foundation and the Volunteers of St. Charles Redmond.

How would you use up to $5,000 to improve patient care, community health or the cost of care? That's the question the Foundation has asked St. Charles caregivers since 2011, and the responses have been outstanding: To date St. Charles Foundation has awarded $620,000 for more than 180 projects to caregivers throughout St. Charles Health System.

Caregivers have used mini-grants in ingenious ways. One went towards the purchase of books for parents with sick children. Another provided music in the chemotherapy room. Another grant funded cell phone charging stations at all four hospitals.

Note: You must be a current employee of St. Charles Redmond hospital or clinics to apply.

Applications for mini-grants for St. Charles Health System caregivers at the Redmond campus and clinics are accepted September 1–30 for grants up to $5,000.
