Hospice Care for All

Hospice care addresses the physical, psychological, social, emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families through a variety of services and programs.

St. Charles Hospice aims to improve our patients’ quality of life and respect their wishes to live their best lives even — and especially — at the end of life.

Your funds help cover the cost of services that support patients and their family members like:

  • 13-month bereavement program after a loved one has died
  • Grief support kits for children experiencing a loss of a loved one
  • “Healing Hearts” walking support group
  • “Light Up a Life” event to prepare for the holiday season while grieving
  • Grief support groups facilitated by St. Charles Hospice chaplain
  • Recruitment, training and support of a dedicated team of volunteers
  • Advance care planning tools

This is a ticketless event. When you arrive, check in at the event entrance and give your name. Only purchase seats from St. Charles Foundation - we do not sell through third parties. Only purchases made through St. Charles Foundation will be honored.
